Sunesys Management Team

Mr. Coleman is President of Sunesys and is responsible for overall performance, operations, strategic direction & growth of the company. Prior to forming Sunesys, Mr. Coleman was a partner in and Vice President of Engineering at Blair Park Services, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Blair Park, Mr. Coleman was a Senior Project Manager at Atlantic Electric (now Conectiv) from 1980 through 1987. 

Mr. Coleman holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.

Mr. Katz is Senior Vice President of Sunesys and is responsible for all sales, business development and right of way matters at the company. Prior to forming Sunesys, Mr. Katz was owner/operator of an engineering/right of way business in the telecom sector. 

Mr. Katz holds a BA from LaSalle University.

Mr. Coleman is Senior Vice President of Sunesys and is responsible for the operational functions of the company.   Prior to forming Sunesys, Mr. Coleman was an owner in Blair Park Services, Inc. where he held various positions since its inception. 

Mr. Coleman holds a BS in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College and has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years.

Mr. Clark is a Divisional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunesys. He joined the company in January 2001. Mr. Clark was formerly Chief Operating and Information Officer (Assistant Superintendent for Business and Technology) of Quakertown Community School District, Pennsylvania. Prior to that post, he practiced in public accounting for ten years.

Mr. Clark holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Data Processing, is a CPA, and is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Mr. Sands is Vice President of Finance & Planning and is responsible for advising senior management on key business decisions and long-term strategy development.  Major responsibilities include financial forecasting, capital planning, performance analysis as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Sunesys, Mr. Sands was a Managing Director for Navigant Capital Advisors and KPMG Corporate Finance and a Vice President at CoreStates Investment Banking.

Mr. Sands holds a BS in Business Law and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Temple University.

Mr. Sassano is the Vice President of the Carrier Sales Division for Sunesys.  In this role, he is responsible for leading carrier sales and overall pricing strategies across existing markets.   Prior to joining Sunesys in 2002, he held various management positions in sales, operations and project management with Infrasource Inc., Exelon Enterprises, and PECO Energy.

Mr. Sassano holds a BS in Engineering from Drexel University and a MS in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Mr. Versaggi is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Marketing for Sunesys. In this role, he is responsible for leading enterprise sales and marketing of Sunesys services. Prior to joining Sunesys in 2004, he held various management positions in sales, marketing and operations with AT&T.

Mr. Versaggi holds a MS in Management from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Tustin is the Vice President for Strategic Sales for Sunesys.  In this role, he is responsible for strategic customers and oversees E-rate compliance. Mr. Tustin has 15 years of experience with Sunesys within the telecom industry and has been instrumental in formulating the strategic direction for developing vertical and geographic markets. 

Mr. Tustin holds an Associate Degree in Engineering from Spring Garden College.

Mr. Bradshaw is Senior Counsel to Sunesys and is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs of the company. Prior to joining Sunesys in 2004, Mr. Bradshaw served as corporate counsel to RCN Corporation for 6 years and to Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated for 9 years. 

Mr. Bradshaw holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
